We are currently seeking a highly motivated Service Advisor with the relevant background and skill set to join our energetic team at Porsche Centre Adelaide.
We expect that you can demonstrate to us:

  • Establishment of effective, positive and ongoing relationships with customers.

  • The achievement of continuous sales targets and KPIs including CSI.

  • Effective use of the systems and processes to monitor and control the movement of customer vehicles – Experience in ERA is beneficial.

Responsibilities & duties will include:

  • Exceptional engagement with customers both via phone, email and face-to-face.

  • Supporting the achievement of all workshop monthly targets.

  • Handling and co-ordinating all service and repair maintenance of vehicles, as the principal contact between the Dealership and the customer                                                                           – please note this will include a substantial element of upselling.

  • Estimating for the customer the cost and time needed to complete a job

  • Liaising with the Workshop Foreman to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame.

  • Continuously exceeding customer expectations to improve customer loyalty & retention.

  • Increased focus on customer resolution in line with company policies and procedures.

  • Other duties as directed by the Manager for this position.

Required skills:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Service Advisor role with excellent customer service skills.

  • Result focused – ability to deliver results & meet continuous sales targets.

  • Efficient and effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Great interpersonal skills - The ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities at the one time.

  • The ability to work well in a team as well as autonomously
    - A pro-active, can-do attitude is key, no job is ‘out of my job description’ at Porsche Centre Adelaide.

  • Ability to work in a busy environment with a fast turnaround alongside the ability to prioritise value generating tasks – Effective time management

  • Strong working knowledge of the of the automotive industry is key


Remuneration will be negotiated with the successful candidate and aligned with experience and capabilities – excellent commission opportunities available.
